The times above apply to all UK orders even those containing personalised gifts however you should allow an extra working day for orders for 5 or more personalised items after a bank holdiay and for deliveries to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Offshore.
Standard delivery orders to UK mainland are sent via 1st class post or courier depending on weight and may require a signature. If your order contains only non-personalised items or helium balloons (including personalised balloons) and is placed before 2pm we will send it out the same working dayin most cases it will arrive next day however this is not guaranteed so we recommend using our courier or express options if your item is urgent. Please allow the full time for other personalised orders.
Next day deliveries are made next working day Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays so orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday, after a bank holiday weekend they will arrive on Wednesday. We use either Interlink or Royal mail special delivery.
Click and Collect
There is no delivery charge for this option, your order will be ready to collect from our offices in Pewsey from 3pm on the next working day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays) after order and payment. If you need something in a hurry then call us as most gifts can be ready the same day if you order before 2pm.

We accept orders placed from within the UK for delivery abroad and from abroad for delivery within the UK. If ordering from a non-uk address for delivery to a non-uk address, the billing and delivery adress must be the same.
