Our order deadline for next day and Saturday delivery is midday.
Check the delivery tab on individual products for next day availability, items included will state next day delivery available and in stock.



Easter Delivery and Opening TimesBelow are some of the most common questions asked during checkout, if you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us at or 01709 581265 and we will be happy to help.

We can also take orders over the phone or by email. If ordering by email please make sure you include any personalisation details including your font choice and wording, the product code of each item and your phone number, billing and delivery address details. Please do not send any card details as this is not secure, we will email you a Paypal invoice or can take payment over the phone once your order is set up.


1. I can't see how my product will look before completing checkout. 

Our expert engravers / designers will lay out your wording and logo to get the best possible result on the product, this includes centering and sizing text in proporation to the item. If you would like to see a preview of what your product would look like before we produce it then that is no problem at all. Please just enter 'Proof required' in the special instructions box when ordering or email us to request one after placing your order some items have a proof option. Please allow 1 working day for your proof to be emailed to you. 


2. When will I receive my Item? What are my Delivery Options?

For UK mainland standard delivery is within 5 working days this includes the time for personalisation, we also offer faster service for most items.  Please see our delivery page for full information on delivery times 


3. How much is delivery?

Standard UK mainland delivery is £2.95, or free for orders over £60. If you want to show your delivery cost without checking out, go to the shopping cart link and you will see an option to calculate delivery charges on the items in your basket. Please see our delivery page for full information on delivery.


4. I can't see where to enter my discount code or coupon?

To enter a discount code or coupon click on the shopping basket link at the page and you will see the options to apply the code to your order. 


5. I wish to pay with Visa or Mastercard.

Our Visa and Mastercard payments are processed securely by Sagepay, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. At the end of the checkout process you will be taken automatically to one of Sagepay's encrypted servers to complete the quick and easy payment process. None of your card details are ever stored on our servers.


6. I wish to pay with Paypal or a different card (American Express, JCB, Diners Club, ENROUTE)

You can of course still pay via Paypal, simply select the option at the end of checkout and you will be taken to Paypal's encrtypted server to complete the payment process. Paypal accepts all cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diner's Club and JCB. None of your card details are ever stored on our servers.


7. I had an error or my screen froze during payment, did it go through?

Check your email to see if you have received a sucessful payment confirmation from Paypal. If you do not receive the email, please contact us and we will be able to check the payment has gone through. If it has not completed for any reason we will be able to reactivate your order. 

If you have any other queries with your order then please don't hesitate to contact us, we answer most emails within 1 hour during office hours which are 8:30a.m. until 5pm Monday to Friday and you can also reach us via phone at these times.
